Cabal is a member organisation for founders — a community of people building real businesses who learn faster together. We were invited to run two hands-on Practical AI sessions with their members: a morning cohort and an afternoon cohort.
Each founder came in with a problem they actually wanted to solve. Our job wasn't to show off AI — it was to get every single person from "idea I keep meaning to build" to "working MVP I can show someone tomorrow." No theory, no fluff.
By the end of each session, every attendee had shipped something. Not a mockup — a working product they could click through, demo, and continue building on. The range was huge: internal tools, customer-facing apps, and personal productivity utilities.

A tool to help rehabilitation teams keep meaningful contact with people in custody.
A dedicated app for Cabal members to connect, share wins and ask for help.
An events management system for a group of holiday parks to coordinate their programmes.
A bespoke finance dashboard tailored to one founder's operating model.
A no-fuss web tool for converting between common file formats.
Every attendee left with something working — internal tools, client products, and personal utilities.
"Add a real quote here — paste it in and it will render in the cards below."
"Another quote slot. Replace as many of these as you have testimonials for."
"And a third. Add or remove items in the testimonials array — the layout adapts."
We run the same format for companies, founder communities, and leadership teams. Half-day or full-day, in-person or remote.
